Navigating the complex world of online advertising can be daunting for many brands. This is where Shyftlabs steps in, transforming the landscape with its innovative platform. The creation of Shyftlabs was sparked by the challenge of simplifying digital advertising. With the digital advertising space evolving rapidly, there's a growing need for solutions that can adapt and simplify the process. Shyftlabs aims to meet this need by integrating all major ad networks like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads into one streamlined interface making it easier for brands to reach their audience effectively and efficiently. This approach opens up new possibilities for storytelling and engagement in the digital realm, creating a more connected and vibrant online community.
Layla is a Marketing Manager at a mid-sized e-commerce startup that needs a user-friendly interface ad platform with integration to popular ad networks because managing ad campaigns separately on multiple platforms, can be time-consuming, complicated and inefficient.
We started forming a strategy by identifying key user pain points, wants, and needs. We organized the insights gathered, then created a customer journey map. This approach helped focus our strategy on real user experiences and needs, guiding our design and decision-making process.
